Participation of IDB in Zitouna Bank

Kammoun & Kallel led also the transaction advice of IDB (Islamic Development Bank) during the period from February 2014 until January 2015 in connection with financing of a non-conventional full-fledged bank operating without interest in accordance with Sharia principles (Zitouna Bank) for an amount of 37 000 000 Tunisian Dinars.

The Firm has been vested with drafting and assistance to the negotiation of the transaction documents.
